Our fair and transparent refund policy for BEATLINE subscriptions.

01Free Plan
BEATLINE offers a permanent free plan with limited features. No credit card required. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time. When upgrading you will be charged immediately and your billing cycle starts from that date.
02Subscription Refunds
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- →Technical issues — if the Platform is inaccessible for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our fault
- →Duplicate charges — if you were charged more than once for the same period
- →Charge after cancellation — if you were charged after successfully cancelling
03Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- ✕Change of mind after the trial period has ended
- ✕Partial use of the subscription period
- ✕Forgetting to cancel before the renewal date
- ✕Dissatisfaction with specific content or features
04Music Distribution Refunds
Distribution fees are non-refundable once a release has been submitted to distribution platforms. If a release is rejected before distribution due to quality issues we will work with you to resolve the issue at no additional cost.
05How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- 02Include your account email and the reason for the refund
- 03We will respond within 3 business days
- 04Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
06Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Swiss or EU law. If you are an EU consumer you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Please contact us to exercise this right.
