Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using BEATLINE ("the Platform"), operated by Perfect Promotion, Uenal ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all users of the Platform including artists, subscribers and visitors.

BEATLINE is a subscription-based platform for music producers and DJs offering the following services:

• →Music production education (video courses and lessons)
• →Label services and music distribution via iMusician
• →Artist management and booking services
• →Streaming analytics and artist growth tools
• →Community access and networking
• →Merchandise and digital product sales

BEATLINE offers the following subscription tiers: Free, Starter (€19/month), Pro Artist (€49/month) and Elite (€99/month). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

Music distribution services are provided through our partnership with iMusician. By submitting a release you confirm that you own or have the rights to distribute the submitted content. You are solely responsible for ensuring your releases do not infringe third-party rights. Perfect Promotion GmbH reserves the right to reject releases that do not meet our quality standards or violate these terms.

All content on the Platform including courses, videos, designs and text is owned by Perfect Promotion, Uenal or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission. Your own music and content remains your intellectual property.

You agree not to:

• ✕Upload content that infringes third-party rights
• ✕Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• ✕Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform
• ✕Share your account credentials with others
• ✕Misrepresent yourself or your content
• ✕Spam or harass other users

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perfect Promotion, Uenal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
